if anyone needs help centering and stamping with even pressure this is the item for you. WOW! this takes the guesswork out of wondering whether you have the stamp in the right spot or not as you can clearly see thru the stamp platform. i love the way you get even pressure on the stamped image so there is no more of that darker on one side than the other. i store my stamp press with the foam feet facing the ceiling as others have mentioned and expect to get many years of service out of this little gadget. love it to pieces!
